Tai
Chi Chuan and Tae Kwon Do particularly, so different appearance, visually
so opposed, are two arts so distant, but finally so close in the training
of our energies and their uses. Tai Chi Chuan originating from China,
is often advised with the old people, TaeKwonDo, originating from South
Korea, is a recent martial adaptation of a very ancient art.
